The Dental Forum is made up of Active Members (limited to fifty, by invitation only), Life Members and Honorary Members. The membership is from Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin. These dentists are committed to continuing education and practicing dentistry to a very high standard. The Forum has continuing education meetings six times a year, a holiday party, and the annual Wally Farrell Memorial Outing.
